What do you do at Addison Clark?
I'm an account manager which means I do a little bit of everything for our clients! Whether it's drafting a marketing email or monitoring website analytics, the client is always top of mind. I enjoy working on something new every day — that's what I love about agency life!
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
On the weekends, you'll find me in the workshop flipping a piece of furniture. I've refinished coffee tables, end tables, nightstands, desk and more. There's something so cathartic about sanding, staining, and painting. Giving an old piece of furniture new life can be very rewarding.
If you could travel in a time machine, would you go back to the past or into the future?
I've always been a history buff, so there's no question that I would travel to the past. My top destinations would be Victorian or Tudor England followed by the WWI era and the 1980's.
What is your favorite holiday?
My favorite holiday has always been Christmas. I have very fond memories of opening presents with my family and the German tradition of finding the pickle ornament in the Christmas tree.
Are you a cat person or a dog person?
I'm a dog person, hands-down. I will never refrain from waving to a dog on the street and throwing in a "good boy!" However, I could be convinced to adop a cat someday.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
It's a tie between slow pedestrians and leaving dishes in the sink.
Who would play you in a movie?
I think Florence Pugh would be a perfect fit. I loved her performance in Little Women.
What is your favorite social media site and why?
I've grown quite accustomed to Instagram. I can - and will - spend hours scrolling through Reels. It's also become a great shopping tool — I love watching videos of Amazon and Target hauls or reviews of new products.
Name three things you'll find on your desk at work.
A picture of my family, a rose quartz crystal for a little self-love, and a cup of piping hot green tea to boost my energy.
If you could choose any ONE superpower, what would it be and why?
Teleportation, for sure! I'd love to travel to Europe or the West Coast on the drop of a dime. Imagine how much I could save on plane tickets!
